How to use:
Apply to your skin directly out of the shower before toweling dry. Or anytime you want nourishment. A little goes along way, and it absorbs rather quickly and is very hydrating, once absorbed, there is no greasy residue. You may be tempted , but resist the urge to eat. Apply on small area to test for skin sensitivities before applying all over.
